Hello, I’m Lino Zosa.
I am currently a junior engineering student at Pitt Swanson School of Engineering. I'm a full-blooded Filipino born in Los Angeles, California. I moved to Manila, Philippines, in 2011 to pursue my education and moved back to the U.S. in 2024 to attend the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My interest in mechanical engineering dates back to my childhood, when I developed problem-solving and tinkering skills. I loved subjects such as Math, Science, and Robotics because they constantly challenged me to solve a variety of problems. Outside of school, I constantly volunteered to help my parents fix anything in the house, whether it was assembling furniture or fixing household electronics. These practices and interests solidified my decision to choose mechanical engineering as my career.
